Leanna cut my hair beautifully, she cut it exactly to the picture I showed her. She's a very friendly and attentive hair dresser.

Wait near the entrance for so long. People ignored me until I have asked them to attend me to get me checked for my appointment.

The work was good , but some where I felt it can be done more better. Would come back and will try the other lady there. I felt the suggestion given to me wasn’t clear and I was confused. But over all I will give 4 stars . I will recommend others to go and check it out . But have an exact idea of what u want to do with your hair. As I was not clear about it .

I asked for an inch to be taken off as I only needed a trim and she cut off over 3 inches of my hair! It went from shoulder length to my jaw line. I absolutely hate it.

Hair cut was delayed by 30mins and other staff member kept interrupting the hair cut which was annoying. Nevertheless Zara gave me a good haircut , thank you for that Zara
