Staff are friendly and welcoming. The place is decent enough.
The owner hovers at the back of the shop and gives really off putting vibes.
My main issue is that our hair dresser was reluctant to shorten layers because she said it wouldn't blend nicely.
The problem is that we have been having our hair cut like that for years so that tells me she was inexperienced.
I would expect my hair to be this length after 4-6weeks.
