Absolutely appalling customer service. They changed my appointment from 9:40am to 9:20am. I got to the store at was told the store opens at 9:30am (which was fine). However the 2 rude staff did not even have the common sense to communicate that to me and they carried on sitting behind their desk whilst scrolling on social media. Disgusting behaviour! I went to rush and had the BEST SERVICE provided opposite them.

Claire was amazing. She explained everything when cutting my hair and gave me tips on how to grow my hair in the future. I’ll be booking with Claire everytime from now on. She was great.
