Didn't enjoy my experience here at all. I had medium length hair and asked for a bob &showed some pictures of suggested styles. My hair is thinning at the front as I am going through postpartum hairloss and shay made me feel awful about it - kept saying I cannot get volume because I don't have enough hair. My haircut was over in 5minutes, not at all the experience I expected/ paid for. There was no attention to detail, I wasn't even shown the uneven back! Never again.

Did not style it the way I wanted, as I wanted it curled, they also didn’t have certain tools dish as the big barrel to acheieve the curls I had wnated
