I called the venue a day before regarding a patch test and was told to come at 9:30am even though my appointment was for 11:40am for the patch test. When I arrived for the test, I was told that this was not necessary and to come back for my appointment. When I came back, I was told they will reschedule due to a double booking, the staff was rude and spoke over me and were not sincere in apologising. Poor customer service, do no recommend

Received a Call on the day to say appointment was cancelled. Tried calling back no answer. Went in store to rebook. Stylist saw us enter and turned his back no acknowledgement. Another stylist came over asked if we had an appointment I explained someone had cancelled it could I rebook. The answer was no. There was no apology and no help to find a solution. I understand that sicknesses occur however the custom service skills from other staff members was non existent.
