Claire was so great! I have long hair and wanted to keep that length and she made sure to do that! The blowdry was also great, best blowdry I've had so far :)

Went for my appointment, but hair dresser had called in sick on the day, but was not given any warning prior. Therefore, I was unable to get my haircut. They told me she was not available after making me wait for an hr. In the end, had to look for a place that had last min booking available.
