I was booked in with Fereda for a wash cut and blow dry. She was not in. I was told not to worry, someone would cut my hair. Turns out it was a student / inexperienced hairdresser. I wasn’t told / given a choice. The student butchered my hair all the while being watched by experienced staff (Shay). Uneven layers and fringe. Shay only came at the end and told him what he had done wrong and couldn’t fix it. Unprofessional, poor teamwork, poor service and unskilled. Still charged me full price.

Claire was great. However, my appointment was booked for 2pm and i was seen after 3pm. Waited over an hour which I thought was inconvenient a heads up by phone would have been good before i arrived.
Nonetheless, Claire was very apologetic and I understand it was not her fault. Just a bit more communication would have been good.
