I was fortunate enough to get an appointment with Chan who was amazing. She did an incredible job with my hair (I'm a new mum, first haircut since being pregnant and having baby!) She was so friendly and put me at ease, even gave me the best blowdry I've ever had! Best pamper session. Highly recommend and will def be back again! X

I called the venue a day before regarding a patch test and was told to come at 9:30am even though my appointment was for 11:40am for the patch test. When I arrived for the test, I was told that this was not necessary and to come back for my appointment. When I came back, I was told they will reschedule due to a double booking, the staff was rude and spoke over me and were not sincere in apologising. Poor customer service, do no recommend
