I have experienced such a rude and unprofessional service from Zara. 1st time she forgot to do 2 highlights I didn’t complain. Today I went to color my roots. She ask me to do Balayage because I want ashy color. I requested her to bleach abit higher up closer to my roots so that my black regrowth will cover. She didn’t do. After wash, I told I am unsatisfied with results. She rudely dropped dryer, leave my hair in wet, shout me infront of other customers, make scene, called me lier.
