Claire was absolutely terrible.
She is an incompetent hair stylist. She does not know how to cut men’s hair. She was having using the clippers properly.
I informed her of this and she said it’s not her fault. When she saw that I was not happy with the haircut, she started making weird faces, rather than offering any customer service.
She should have had the courtesy to not charge me, but she did that as well.
Avoid Claire like the plague!!!

AVOID THIS SALON. I am filing a formal complaint against the staff here. As soon as I stepped into the salon I was treated with hostility and Shay was particularly unprofessional and aggressive. When I refused to get my child’s haircut after they were rude and made my child cry she began to harass me and told me to ‘Get out’. When I called her out on her behaviour and recorded her she tried to play the racism card. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Save your money and go elsewhere. Shambles.
