Diana asked how much I would like to cut, I told her I didn’t want to cut a lot only a specific amount. she then showed me how much she would advise to cut, I told her that was too much as I wanted to keep the length as long as possible she said okay but then proceeded to cut however much she advised, leaving me shocked. I’m due to go on holiday and it’s ruined it since my hair is shorter than I wanted

My hairdresser Sam was lovely and was very thorough with the wash and cut. The atmosphere at the salon was not great, there were a few unfriendly staff.
