Venue is well placed in the Exchangebin Ilford. Easy to get to.
My treatment was good and efficiently carried out. Although, I was disappointed that the notes for cutting my hair in a certain way had disappeared.

I went in for a trim and it was supposed to be a straight line cut. Upon first look it was not straight and the stylist corrected it. After, I gathered my hair to the front to have a look and the ends were still wonky, one side was longer than the other, the stylist said this is because the hair at the front was longer than the hair at the back which shouldn’t be the case so again she cut more hair off. When I got home and rechecked my hair one side is still longer than the other, very unhappy.
