There’s always a lot of drama from some of the staff who talk about each other. It’s not very professional. The staff were laughing about one of them doing a haircut wrong to the client who just left and complaining about the floors being dirty and arguing whose fault it was. My hairdresser really cut corners on my hair and didn’t do a great job, didn’t even ask me what I wanted either.
