When entering they aren’t very welcoming or friendly. The lady cut too much off and made it a lot shorter than I wanted. Never asked once if the length was okay or if I was happy. The front of my hair was uneven as well and had to fix this at home. Instead of asking of how I wanted it blow dryed she just blow-dryed it straight.
