I have been a couple of times now, and really enjoy going to the Ilford branch. The staff are really friendly and listen to what I want. My first time I went I explained to the hairdresser that I didn't like looking at myself in the mirror, as I was going through some mental health problems at the time, and she was so helpful in helping me overcome this, by turning the chair slightly. I carried on going and have loved the attention and care that the staff display.
