Greeted with a yawn...waited 10 mins before I was seen.
Claire was very nice and chatty.
I booked wash and cut (and didn't include blow dry). I was told initially that they could include the blow dry and match the treatwell price. After a conversation between themselves they advised a price which was over the treatwell one. It's just frustrating as all I wanted was a cut, wash and blowdry!

I had a blow-dry appointment with Shay. It's always a pleasure to have my hair blow-dried and styled by Shay. She is always so professional and experienced. I know I will always leave with great hair. I asked for a straight blow-dry. My hair was silky smooth and glossy. I am a hard to please client as I expect perfection with my hair but with Shay, I know she will always give me the look and style I require.

I am dissatisfied with the outcome of the treatment. My hair still looks frizzy and uneven. After the first wash I had expected my hair to be straight and silky as it was when I had done my treatment in India. However it turned out to be frizzy and I had to apply a serum to set it.
