Farida is a great stylist very engaging, professional, experienced and friendly.
However the place was a bit chaotic, no tissue to clean my ears, had to use wear hair towel, the manager looking miserable and not even engaging with the customers, gave a bottle of water to a lady next to me and did ask if I would like water, no beverages!
