I am really pleased with the care and experience I received from Claire. I am however, rather unimpressed by the lack of professionalism of the branch manager, who wasn't on site, and failed to arrange for the salon's opening hours to match those of the shopping centre on a bank holiday, resulting in the mall's security staff pressurising staff to close the salon whilst I and other clients were still being given hair cuts / blow dries etc. Claire dealt with it really well, all things considered.
