I asked for s grade1 and 2 but got nearer a 4. Some our my cut looked unfinished. The stylist was quite shy but polite. The hair wash was excellent.

I had Zara she was great.. nothing was too much trouble even when I wanted to cut more off half way! She has attention for detail and she doesn’t rush even when theirs people waiting.
