I have chosen to go to this hair salon seeing the good reviews but it is nothing but fake comments (not verified by google).
I have no words to explain this hair salon. The lady who did my hair was Farida she was unprofessional, while she was doing my hair she was unbothered, chatting to her colleagues and was not paying attention at all which made me feel very uncomfortable. She kept leaving me to deal with her personal matters.
I would not recommend this place full of terrible service.

Where do I start! My appointment was initially rescheduled to 15 mins later, when I got there the second day, I had to wait for another 20 minutes. I only got a dry trim but it’s not straight at all, so when I told her, she was like no no, it’s suppose to be like that! I normally go to Rush Stratford and I know it’s not like that, but I didn’t want her to mess up even more. I’ll end up spending more money now! They are so unorganised, breaking shampoo bottles, so dirty in there also! EWW!
