The lady named Jas did my blow dry and haircut. First of all, whilst washing my hair, the water was going into my ears and my eyes which was very uncomfortable. During the blow dry she was burning my scalp. I had a very unpleasant experience here and will not return neither will I recommend. I’ve been to many salons but never has anyone burnt my scalp whilst blow drying my hair. Absolutely ridiculous and do not recommend Jas!!!

She aint had any idea what she us doing, did exactly opposite than what I requested , she kept on pulling my hair while blow dry, in short not satisfied at all.I normallyNever give anyone bad reviews but the worst part was when she asked me to pay extra £10 as my hair are very long- instead of deducting £10 she deducted £15 from my card without even notifying me. As i was getting very late for work i disnt check at that time but later on when i got a vhance to see my transactions i was shocked.
