Saw Zara today very last minute and she was so kind and attentively listened to what I wanted for my cut. She and a gent whose name I didn’t catch went out of their way to recommend some hair products for me that I wanted to shop for after. Really lovely would recommend :)

My hairdresser was distracted throughout my haircut. Rough washing and blow drying. Minimal to no conversation which I don’t mind normally but felt a bit cold. However the cut is great , just wish it was a bit more gentle
