Where do I start! My appointment was initially rescheduled to 15 mins later, when I got there the second day, I had to wait for another 20 minutes. I only got a dry trim but it’s not straight at all, so when I told her, she was like no no, it’s suppose to be like that! I normally go to Rush Stratford and I know it’s not like that, but I didn’t want her to mess up even more. I’ll end up spending more money now! They are so unorganised, breaking shampoo bottles, so dirty in there also! EWW!
