Syed was very friendly, checked with me the length I wanted cut off, how I like my hair to look i.e. how I like my parting, fringe, sides, layers to look. Took lot of trouble, attention to detail, to get it right. I left the salon very pleased. That was 11th December and now its approaching Christmas I am still pleased. Would recommend Syed and the Ilford Exchange Supercuts.

Despite not selecting a stylist at booking, Farida was my stylist on this occasion. I had her before many months ago and was surprised she remembered. She really knows how to deliver great service and care and always advises on how to look after my hair. Next time, I will definitely pick her if available. However, I was very disappointed with the service received by Denise for child cut. Poor time management, poor service skills, couldn’t even cancel my rescheduled appointment.
