Some horrible woman kept interrogating me about someone else’s appointment (she thought I booked and didn’t show up) in such a rude manner. She looked horrendous and lacked any politeness. Even after I waited 30 mins. No idea what her problem was.
The hairdresser herself was the only nice part of the experience.

Me and my daughter have been getting our hair done from super cuts for over a year. Probably spent over 2000 pounds in that place. What disappointed me this time was SHAY. She was rude when i asked her to just fix my roots which wouldn't have taken more than 5 minuets, this made me really uncomfortable. Shay was disappointing. HOWEVER CLAIRE was amazing she done my hair amazingly and was very nice overall. Would definitely book her again. Just a bummer that some staff would let us down!
