Ferda was so warm and welcoming - I don't get my hair cut often and it was very kind of her to give me time to talk about the condition of my hair and the best course of action. She was very nice throughout.

The process was really easy, booked online, turned up for the appointment, only waited a few minutes before being seen. Claire my stylist was amazing, very understanding, professional and her service was perfect. I have nothing negative to say the whole experience was great 👍🏼
