I was referred a friend to this salon
What I experienced was poor customer service, the hairdresser didnt wash my hair properly, was done in few minute and I have long hair. Didn'trise my hair properly. Next while detangling my hair was tugging at it so hard,hair broke bad. She used a broken comb. My package said moisture boost treatment, well the service given to me gave no such treatment. People at this place really need to do better at treating customers properly..much hype for nothing

My experience at the salon was great, so friendly and chatty, happy with the look at the end, only thing is a staff member kept interrupting and seemed quite unprofessional at some points, but overall happy with my hair and the hairdresser was fab!
