My family didn't like it especially my husband. Having paid alot 😌 and found the colour is way too dark.
I left with Zara to do as initially first time when l had done by Zara was brilliant as she did two tonal and it looked pretty good but this time I think due to less staff on Thursday my colour was left way too long.
I would prefer that it would be kind of sorted at least as having paid over £100 please.
