I had very long hair asked for mid length wispy kid of bob I showed reference picture and showed the length that I want plus I told him I want to be able to put my hair up I left from there with a short bob 😩😤he did a terrible job when I confronted him,he got angry he said he only knows to do short haircuts😢 terrible experience

I visited the salon for roots hair color. Codi did the root color pretty well and asked me to wait for 40 minutes. He then went on to attend another customer. The color stayed on my hair for more than 50 minutes but he did not return as he got busy.
Finally another team member came and took me for a wash. Now the color was almost dried on my hair and she had to scrub it off, this was very painful. This happens almost every time, I would appreciate if this can be improved.
