Initially as u had been for a colour previously which was done by Zara I asked her if the colour was noted on the system she was very dismissive and kept telling me we are professionals and we don’t need to we only have colour that’s in the store. She didn’t give me any advice on what would be the best colour for me just handed me the chart. She colored my hair but halfway through she took me to the sink to do the rest of the color. Cut was too short and blow dry horrendous.

most awful haircut I’ve ever had. Stylists didnt want to cut mine and my daughter’s hair (booked and payed for). kept arguing between themselves and dragging me into it, making me feel uncomfortable. Diana saying sorry can’t cut your hair because I’ve already had x amount of clients today and I’m tired. Farida saying I’ve just started a colour dye customer, I’m not free and running away. Very unprofessional. Also charged me extra for long hair, I’d payed for this in advance but made me pay more

The stylist was excellent, however I had to wait 40 minutes before my hair was cut. This would not have been an issue if the manager had let me know that the stylist was running late. He should have spoken to me rather than let me sit there for 40 minutes workout any update. The stist was excellent though
