I was pleased with my haircut as I have had my hair cut by Federico before but I was very disappointed with the customer service on this occasion. I arrived 10 mins early and was told that I would have to wait, which is acceptable but at no point was I told that this would be a delay of nearly 40 mins. The other employee (Zara) was very rude and would not help in this matter saying that this was not her problem. I totally appreciate that things can go wrong on the day but communication is key.
