I will recommend to go to SuperCuts Ilford only to customers with short hair, in order to give them a favour to work less and have a nice day ahead because they don’t like to treat willingly customers with long hair. I went to the hair saloon and so many attitude of the staff went very wrong! Supercuts Ilford couldn’t hold their professionalism. I was an usual customer of SuperCuts Ilford since 2019, so I could see the difference from then and now. I won’t go anymore there and won’t recommend!

Zara is great! She listened to my requirements and she delivered! I have a great haircut she was very patient and she knows how to make her clients happy. I will definitely come back again

Claire was absolutely terrible.
She is an incompetent hair stylist. She does not know how to cut men’s hair. She was having using the clippers properly.
I informed her of this and she said it’s not her fault. When she saw that I was not happy with the haircut, she started making weird faces, rather than offering any customer service.
She should have had the courtesy to not charge me, but she did that as well.
Avoid Claire like the plague!!!
