The lady at the desk was very pleasant. However, I felt that the guy standing behind her, I assume was the manager could have said to clients that he is observing/training her. He had a very serious face.

There were no customers when we arrived and there were 3 staff in the shop but they were still almost 15minutes late starting with my daughter and myself.
However, the staff were very good listeners and Diana gave me the exact style I wanted with very little instruction from me.
I would definitely recommend Supercuts in Ilford and the prices are very competitive.
