This was 2nd time I went to Supercuts within Ilford Exchange and had Ferda cut my hair. This time I only needed a dry cut with an inch taken off layers. It was supposed to take 20 minutes and although Ferda was running late for my appointment and apologised she cut my hair within the allotted time with a result I was pleased with. She double checks what you want and is very pleasant. Will be going to Supercuts and booking Ferda again.
