Diane was amazing she listened to what my style is and helped me finalise the look and colour! She was so friendly and welcoming which is the opposite of the last visit and also there was another lovely lady I think the manager who also provided great customer service with a friendly attitude -overseeing the whole place, offering tea, welcoming customers, cutting hair and also engaging with all customers. This level of service makes me want to come back and recommend to others!
