Najoua was a colour geneous! I was very specific with how i wanted my balayage and particularly the tone and shades i wanted to achieve. Najoua went out her way to achieve the perfect colour blend. It was better than i had imagined
She transformed by hair from a dull and flat dark brown to the most lushious shades of caramel.thank you :)

The staff were lovely and the only reason im not giving it below 3 stars. I had a balayage, hair wash, hair cut and blow dry booked. What i got seems to be highlights so not what i expected (even after showing a photo of what i wanted). After 2h of sitting my hair was being washed but didn't get the hair wash experience i expexted, not even a 1 min head massage which you would usually get in most hair salons. Wouldn't recommend. The staff that i interacted with were friendly and welcoming.
