Customer service was lacking. Stylist didn’t try to make conversation or interact with me. Hair cut was uneven which I had to point out when she asked me if I was happy, one side shorter than the other. Didn’t take much time cutting or styling so was very basic. I think women’s haircuts are overpriced less than 45min = £47

I booked balayage colour, cut and blow dry with Najoua. It was my first visit and I will most definitely be booking with her again. She was professional, thorough, very friendly and paid attention to detail. She listened to what I was looking for and was very attentive. I am beyond pleased with my hair and how it turned out. Friendly atmosphere too.
