He was a little rough with my hair and didn't cut it the way I wanted, I usually see a lady (I cannot remember her name) and I've never had any issues. My hair is quite thick and he tugged on my hair quite a bit with the comb and did not cut my fringe the way I wanted. Quite disappointed to be honest,
