I explained what I wanted. instead of a bob ended up with a haircut so short, it will take months to grow. The hairdresser dried my hair in a style my gran would have. I took a brush, sprayed water on my hair blowdried it and tried to change it.

Unfortunately my experience my terrible, Sonia was really nice and this is no means a bad review based of her behaviour towards me but more about her lack of understanding on how to cut her. I simply asked for a trim and she as completely ruined my hair it was so uneven and cut so short at the front. The hair wash and blow dry was not done correctly. I contacted the salon the next day because I was extremely upset with my hair. Cody managed to book me in and fixed the back which was uneven.
