The lady kept telling me to speak with my child before coming to salon and made the whole atmosphere tense and uncomfortable with her rudeness and disrespectful mannerism. She said to me if I wanted to have an argument with her & I said no but really look at your attitude and think how a child can feel safe and comfortable with you to trust you enough to a point that they let you cut their hair.
