The lady who washed my hair lacked communication and customer care skills. She didn't know how to wash my hair properly (was the worst wash I have ever had). She repeatedly allowed water to enter my ears without using preventative measures despite my asking her to be careful. I had to ask for a towel to protect my ears. I asked another stylist to cut & blow dry my hair, who was very considerate, polite and engaging. My hair could've been blow dried more straight, was a bit fuzzy from the roots:(
