I had level 3 haircut by Zara at Supercuts ilford on 15th august and Zara has been always wonderful . She is an expert and makes the best haircut that suits with your face , I’m very pleased . Must recommended Supercuts and Zara !

This is a great salon for reasonable prices and I always come here. The staff are really friendly, experienced and welcoming. Codi is very professional, listens to what you want and always offers great advice. A great place- would recommend!

Service was going alright until the hairdryer that was being used on me blew a fuse and seemed like a firecracker had gone off. Thought my hair was going to be lit on fire because I was right near the fuse and it was such a shock I was speechless. The stylist threw the hairdryer on the floor in shock and walked away, and manager and staff did not come to give me reassurance. No compensation for health and safety risk and no apologies from manager either, I was asked to pay full price.
