I had booked a package for root tinting, foils, colouring, styling. Syed, started with the foils and helped me choose the colour for my hair. As Syed had to take a break, he handed over the colouring to Diena. Unfortunately, I was extremely dissatisfied with how the colouring was done. The tint and colour were not to my expectations, the result was so bad. Especially when I had a function to attend that day. When Syed returned and completed the styling, I shared my disappointment with him.
