It wasn't Zainy that cut my hair but an Asian lady.
It seemed like the lady was new as she seemed a bit nervous and had to be told by a colleague that the chair could go fully down.
To begin with she asked me if I washed my hair and moved on saying just cut to which I replied that I paid for wash and cut and regardless of whether I washed my hair or not I was expecting a wash too.
The communication was really difficult as she couldn't speak much English.
