I booked wash cut blow dry with moisture treatment, my hair was washed and quickly rinsed twice. Before cutting I enquired and was told it wasn’t needed and then told it has been done 🤷🏽♀️
Told her how I wanted it cut and then told me what would be best and did it really quickly-was a layered cut but didn’t seem to have been done in the normal way. It was straight to the blow dry and when I enquired about heat protection she said she didn’t believe in it. Instead of 40 mins it took 25.
