Stylist was rude, did not do what I wanted and completely ignored my requests - said they were closing in 15 mins so would need to do my haircut quickly (which, you shouldn’t accept appointments close to closing time if you’re not willing to listen to the customer and do what they would like or at least try to compromise). Also said that if they did what I wanted which was a dry cut of more length, that I would “come back and complain” and say it’s not right - overall terrible service
