Was really happy with the service in terms of being hijabi friendly, however online it says the haircut lasts 40 minutes but my cut, wash and treatment was all done in/under 20 minutes. This was disappointing as I was under the impression that the process would be much more thorough, the hair wash was quick and it felt like the whole process was rushed.

Najoua is always the best and she takes extra care to give you good results even though she’s always busy! Cleanliness of the salon overall needs improvement but the staff and service are amazing.

The stylist, Syed was very polite, attentive and helpful but the atmosphere was tense. I booked an appointment for wash, cut and and blow dry, therefore, I should have had a relaxing time whilst having my haircut. Instead,all I could hear is pressure from the manager or lady in charge asking the stylist to hurry up and that made me really anxious and worried that something could possibly go wrong with my haircut as he was being constantly reminded to hurry up but I got a good haircut.
