I asked for a simple caramel balayage. I showed a picture of what I wanted aswell as the appointment I booked was specifically for a balayage. Tell me why after my appointment finished my whole head was the same colour as Ron weasleys, bright orange.

On Thursday, I went to Supercuts Ilford to get a color treatment. Diana is an excellent stylist. I felt very good with her service; she's a great professional. I'm more than satisfied with the result.
