Sonia, wasn't at all friendly and rushed my hair wash. Sam who was serving another customer next to me took her time with her client and gave a nice deep hair wash whereas Sonia didn't even let the treatment sit for long enough. I didn't want blunt cuts as my hair is very thick and asked her to blend the ends but she just ignored me. My wash, cut, blow dry with moisture boost all only took 20mins when the app was for 45mins. Very rushed and unprofessional.
