My appointment was 15 minutes late. The receptionist had to wash my hair to make up time for the hairdresser. The area was not cleaned after the client before me, hair was still over the floor. I explained to the hairdresser what I wanted done to my hair, she cut the right amount of hair off however for styling/ blow drying, my hairdresser did not listen to me. I showed a picture of what I wanted done but in the end I got opposite of what I wanted.

clumsy, tired and using all the wrong techniques. burnt my scalp and doesn't know what brushes to use, how to even wash or brush hair appropriately.
